Apart from putting your diet on work, you should focus more on regular exercise because it is proven to be beneficial in  balancing your hormones . Daily routine and proper diet are termed as very essential in Ayurveda which should be combined with some daily exercises. We all know that our diet plays a significant role in our physical and mental health status. So we should make sure that the fruits and vegetables we eat should be nicely cleaned and cooked with the best of hygiene possible. Overeating is not as at advisable in Ayurveda and you should not do it because it is not at all good for our body.

If you are taking stress because of the current scenario then you should not do that because  stress plays a major role in your hormonal changes . Some of the common hormonal changes which can be seen occurring due to stress are mood swings, hot flashes, and weight gain. But apart from these, many other hormonal changes occur due to stress like leg cramps, vaginal dryness, anxiety, depression and all these can lead to severe problems which is why it is suggested to don’t take stress whatever may be the situation. Covid-19 has made us stressful with many thoughts going on in our mind but we should focus more on keeping ourselves relaxed and healthy as stress is never a solution but it can create problems for sure.
