Ayurvedic Perspective on COVID-19 - Arogya Nidhi

We all are very familiar with the coronavirus which is a worldwide epidemic in the current scenario. When people all around the world are sitting in their homes in the hope of a cure to this epidemic I have a lesson from Ayurveda to share with you all here.

When we talk about epidemics then there is a chapter I get to remember which is from the “janapada Dvamsa Vyadhi” which directly refers to all the worldwide epidemics.

When we go deeper into the divine knowledge of the chapter then we get to know that it tells that staying at home helps in such scenarios.

While staying home and following our daily routine it is very much essential that you have ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom tea with tulsi because according to studies such type of herbal teas boosts the energy level in the body.

We can prevent ourselves from this deadly virus by just keeping your digestive system strong which helps in boosting your immunity to fight from such viruses.

There are few exercises in the Ayurveda which are suggested by experts to keep them in your daily routine because these exercises help you to make your body stronger enough to fight from such viruses.

Some of these exercises are kapala Bharti, anuloma viloma, utjayi, sheetali, and few more others.
